30"w x 35"h x 7"d cast glass, urethane foam, silver leaf, illuminated interior, animatronic motion, found antique clock advertising sign body.
The face is a self portrait made from a plaster and latex life mask,
then cast in glass. The face was designed to fit into the clock body opening. The wings,
point, and flame trail are carved from urethane foam. A revolving circular light source
illuminates the face while the flame trail makes a motorized motion from side to side
and up and down simultaneously.
